Dental Insurance
As our office accepts many dental insurance plans, we strongly encourage you to review the benefit breakdown provided by your carrier to become familiar with your coverage. You may also consult with your employer or a dental plan expert for further details, questions or concerns.

If you are without insurance, we do offer a discount for seniors ages 65+ of 10% and 5% for non-seniors. This applies only when paying at time of appointment via check or cash.

Please note that we are not accepting state funded Medicaid plans at this time.
Financial Policy
Treatment plans are provided as a guide to your dental care and how to best provide each phase therefore an estimate is provided so that you are aware of any out of pocket costs.
You, the Patient, are responsible for all amounts not covered by your carrier.

Payment is due at time of appointment.
​
A monthly service fee charge of 18% APR will apply to any past due balances after 90 days.

The in-house dental plan is NOT intended to be used as dental insurance. You must pay for your membership in full at time of enrollment. If you use the 10% discount patient portion is due at time of service. The plan cannot be used in conjunction with any other plan or discounts.
